Determination of some durum wheat varieties`s quality traits

1 Bahri Dağdaş Uluslararası Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü, KONYA Viewed : 97 - Downloaded : 85 This research was conducted to determine grain yield and some quality traits of 5 durum wheat varieties (Selçuklu-97, Meram-2002, Yelken-2000, Ç-1252 ve Kızıltan-91) in a randomized block design with three replications in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 growing seasons under irrigated conditions in Konya. According to the results including two years means ranged between;(343.73-517.26 kgda) in grain yield, (36.38-41.68 g.) in thousand kernel weight, (13.23-14.43 %) in protein content, (21.00-32.00 ml) in SDS sedimantation value, (19.14-22.13) in colour value, (129.83-290.22 10-4 Joule) in alveograph energy, (1.83-2.70 min.) in mixographe development time, (57.27-67.84 %) mixographe peaik high, (22.88-39.17% min) in mixographe degree of softening (291.96-402.46 %Tq*min) in mixographe total area.
