- In this research; effect of seeding rates on grain yields of Atay 85, Bezostaya 1, Bolal 2973, and Gerek 79 wheat cultivars and candidate varieties of EÇVD-12 and EÇVD-14 were examined in fallow-wheat rotation systems in Central Anatolia, and legumes-wheat rotation system in Northern transitional zone. Estimated equations showing relations between grain yield and seeding rate were;

Y= 29+1.346x-0.00155x2 (x=seed/m2) for Atay 85
Y= 164+0.582x-0,00057x2 for Bezostaya 1
Y= 164+0.556x-0.00055x2 for Bolal 2973
Y= 205+0.376x-0.00034x2 for Gerek 79
Y= 173+0.416x-0.00036x2 for EÇVD-12
Y= 98+0.825x-0,000 8x2 for EÇVD-14

Economical treshold figures of seeding rates were also calculated for varieties. The most economical seeding rate for varieties were 416; 400; 435; 406; 464 and 464 seed/m2 in respectively for Atay 85, Bezostaya 1, Bolal 2973, Gerek 79, EÇVD-12 and EÇVD-14 in both rotation systems at dryland.
